(More customer reviews)I got this phone for a friend that I would call "Techno Deficient". He has some sight problems and did not want a cordless phone. I found this phone about a year ago and gave it to him. He loves it. Not a single issue with the phone. It is a good Grandma model, large buttons, large bright screen, and easy to use. The only thing with this phone, that was a non-issue, he never would of been able to set it up him self, so I did it for him. As I recall I needed batteries for it and after a year on the original Duracell's I put in it, it is still happy as can be. And a great price for the reliability it provides.
