(More customer reviews)I ordered the base and two cordless accessory phones. They were hard to program but I finally figured it out. However, in less than 60 days one of the phones were out completely. The company that sold the phone said they do not guarantee it and was told to contact GE. I finally contacted someone at GE and was able to return the phone. After sending several emails requesting the status, I was told GE hadn't made this phone in over two years therefore they were unable to send me a new one. I was assured that I would receive a refund but it hasn't been long enough for the refund to be received.
So far no problems with the base or the other accessory phone.
