(More customer reviews)We have the phone system that has the one base phone that has to be plugged into the phone line and then it has remote phones that can just be plugged into an electrical outlet in the other rooms. I had to purchase 4 of these batteries late in March 2009 for our phone system, as they had all gone dead after a few years of having the phone system. Since, I had to get four of them I of course opted for the cheaper version of the type of battery needed. However, I guess I should've have opted for the more expensive version, because I am dissappointed to say that here it is only a little over six months later and I already have to order two more batteries for the most used telephones. The batteries for the phones in the bedrooms that are rarely used are still working fine, but the two for the living room and kitchen phones have already gone dead. Believe me it is not from over use either, because we avoid talking on the telephone as much as we can! I sure wish these would have last a good bit longer than they have, especially when you need four at the time. Beginning to wonder if it would just be cheaper to go buy a whole new phone system....?
