(More customer reviews)Bought these phones right before Christmas. As others have complained about the handsets would not hold a charge for more then a few hours. Called Vtech customer support and within 3 days a new system appeared at my door step with a return label for the defective unit I had. Boxed them up called UPS and next day they were off back to Vtech. Seems the chargeing units were faulty. Immediately began a test to see if the claims of 10 hrs of use and 100 hours of standby would hold up, and they now do live up to the promise. My suggestion to people is to give a company firsty the oppurtunity to right a wrong before degrading the product. the slimness of the phone, the lighted dial and features of this phone system are very friendly. I stared out going after a different brand but now am very happy I chose this phone.
