(More customer reviews)My wife ordered this TMoble Model 5146 cordless phone from the Deals of the Day email sent out by Amazon. It never had what you would call great sound quality but after a month or so it really got lousy. Then, about four months after receiving these phones the volume in the handsets is so poor you can not hear the party on the other end.
Tried to Return items but had exceeded the period where returns were being accepted.
Hooked up the old phones and everything works fine. Bought a new cordless phone set from our local Walmart today and it works far better at 1/4th the price. This time if the phones go bad it's just a trip over to Wally World and exchange them without all the hassles we have experienced with trying to return or replace these. These is something to be said about buying locally.
