The improved replacementkeypad from Priority 1 Business Solutions are a brilliant fix. Not only do they offer double the contact area of the original Panasonic keypad, the instructions sent with the product are clear, exact and impossible to mess up. These keypads from Priority 1 save this Panasonic system and keeps it running for years. Bravo to Priority 1!

The only properly designed keypad for your KX-TGA400b or KX-TGA200b cordless handset. Improved design with the correct sized button contacts and significantly reduced oil seepage. The original Panasonic OEM keypad was designed with alarmingly small contacts for the number keys and that is why they break. The cheaper rubber keypad material also seeps oil, and quickly due to the fact that you have to push down harder to activate the small buttons. Once the oil starts to build up it creates a snowball effect that rapidly causes button failure. Our imporved keypad has been tested and seeps much less oil. PLUS since the key contacts are the proper size they work just fine even with major oil blockage and wear and tear. You will not find a higher quality keypad or one that is easier to install.
