We have had this phone for almost 10 years and it still works phenominally, but when the batteries die, Walmart is the only one that has the right replacement. It is a no-name brand that lasts maybe 4-5 months and the cost is triple! Absolutely ridiculous. So glad Amazon hooked us up. I was very happy to plug it in last night.
