(More customer reviews)We are disappointed in this product especially considering the price. It was purchased for an elderly hearing impaired person. The amplification is very good for the person using the phone, but for the person on the other end of the line, the reception sounds like the caller is going in and out of a tunnel. The conversation is continually breaking up. We plug in a cheap dollar store phone and the reception clears up. The simple features such as caller ID and caller lists are difficult to use. I would definitely not recommend this product for an elderly person. We wish we would have purchased a less expensive, easier to use phone even with a lower amplification level. We wish we hadn't thrown away the boxes so soon as we would love to get our money back.
