Like countless others, I had a problem with the waterproof set. It would not register with the base no matter how many dozens - hundreds? - of methods I tried. Customer Service couldn't have been more useless. Not only do they have alarmingly poor hours, they simply parrot what their manual says; if that worked, I wouldn't have called them in the first place!
So I basically had to throw put the waterproof handset, making this a 3 phone system. And those phones - while working alright - are far from perfect. The sound quality is slightly below average, the feature set and customization leaves much to be desired and they just plain feel cheap.
I wasn't expecting a $200 phone system here, but even my modest expectations were far from met with this Uniden offering. Needless to say, it will be my last purchase of a Uniden product.
