(More customer reviews)The specs on this phone look great. Large backlit easy to read display. Good speakerphone capabilities. However, the first phone we received (from Amazon) had problems with the speakerphone. The sound level kept varying up and down during a call. A call to Fanstel resulted in me sending it back to them, at my expense, for replacement. The second phone came promptly and lasted about 3 months before it started experienceing behavior where when the handset was in the cradle it wouldn't disconnect line 1. Fanstel again issued me an RMA and I'll be sending the phone back to them, again at MY expense.
I read the reviews listed here for this phone and decided to go ahead and purchase it. My bad. This is NOT a good phone. It looks like the phone industry is moving toward flashy cordless devices or voip phones and neglecting the basic 2-line deskphone for the home office. Sigh.
