(More customer reviews)I bought this phone because of great results from using Motorola products for more than 30 years with never an issue.
The only problem with this phone is with answering a cell call. When pressing the cellular key to answer a call the display will read call ended. Press again and the display will read call on hold. Press the third time and you are able to answer the call.
I called Motorola customer service and the lady listened to my problem and spoke with tech support to determine that my phone had a sofware problem.
She called me back twice to verify the problem and then informed me that they would exchange the phone. She then asked for my email address so that she could forward instructions for making the exchange.
That was on 02/08/2010 and as of 02/13/2010 I have heard nothing from her even though she has my phone number and email address.
I have tried several times to call back and always get to the recorded message asking me to hold as all their customer service representatives are assisting other customers.
I have waited on hold for up to 30 minutes and have not been able to talk with anyone yet.
