(More customer reviews)I have two cordless AT&T phones and a battery in the base for power outages. The OEM batteries had already been replaced one time with cheap knock-offs and only months later things began to "break" on the phones. Lo and behold, new, name-brand batteries and everything works great again. I kid you not, the mic was cutting out, people could hear me, etc. I think the voltage just wasn't quite right with the cheap batteries. These last for hours of use now with no problem.
