(More customer reviews)I bought two of these batteries for my Vtech phones. After three weeks I found one of the batteries had melted/overheated -- and the phone was dead (but not damaged). I contacted Osprey-Talon via Amazon. They asked for a photo and a brief description. After receiving this they immediately indicated they would return the full purchase price including shipping -- all I needed to do was send the old batteries back using a prepaid mailer they emailed to me. Within two days of shipping the product back to Osprey-Talon, Amazon credited my Visa account.
It's too bad about the HQRP batteries -- but I give good credit to Osprey-Talon for very good, professional, and prompt service.
