(More customer reviews)I bought this phone for my mom who has trouble hearing on a regular phone. The amplification feature is great and the buttons are a good size. However, the phone goes dead if someone picks up another phone in the house. Both my parents get on the phone when we talk so my mom can't use the Fanstel phone then and that is why I got her the phone. I offered to return it for her but as long as she is the only one talking on the phone, she prefers that phone over the others in the house.
