(More customer reviews)I ordered this battery for my Mother's cordless phone. I had put in the incorrect model number. The man in charge of shipping this item noticed my mistake and called me immediately, informing me he needed the correct model number. I just happened to be at my mom's house when he called me on my cell phone and was able to give him the corrrect information. He went that extra mile to make sure that I recieved the correct battery. Talk about customer service, he was and is TOP NOTCH!!! Keep up the good work.
