Theinstallation was done step by step with the book and I had no problemsgetting the system and all 5 handsets working in the first 20 minutes. My wife and kids now have their own handset and I have one additional one that we will use in our bedroom. The system is very powerful as I discovered further into the book. I highly recommend this system for anyone that wants the power of a highly computer integrated phone system that can deal with your calls professionally while interfacing directly to your email and faxes. It still puts a big grin on my face when CyberGenie calls my cell phone and reads my email to me! END
