(More customer reviews)This phone is appropriately named. I have just given this to my elderly mother, so it has not yet had much use, but so far she is very pleased. She can hear much better than on any other "volume control" phone we have tried for her... and there is much more volume available that she has not used. She didn't think any phone could reach a volume "too loud" for her. Her hearing loss is significant in the high register, so the tone adjustment is also a nice benefit. This phone has many excellent features.
