(More customer reviews)Phone overall works well. The screen on the phone went out though when I shocked it with static electriciy from the house which is why I had to purchase this as a replacement. Also, the ear phone is pretty flat making it sometimes difficult to hear. Buttons are good and the overall feel is good.
