(More customer reviews)So I am a dummy and didnt read the description that says "does not have an inline push to talk button". The speaker works great but what is the point of having no push to talk button?????? When it is plugged in it is constantly on, which does not allow anyone else to speak on the radio. I have spent awhile thinking about it before I typed up this review but I cant think of a situation where "one way" communication is logical. Im sure there is someone that could use it but it doesnt work for me because I use my radios for two way communication. This is for the XTN series of Motorola radios.

Motorola earpiece with in-line clip-on microphone. Compatible with Motorola DTR, RDX, XLS, AX, XTN-series business two-way radios. Works on either the right or left ear. This unit does not have an in-line push-to-talk button (use PTT button on radio). Comes in brown box with sticker.
