(More customer reviews)The handset/cordless part seems to work just fine, however, the speakerphone on the base is terrible. Any time I use it people complain they can't hear me (even w/ the volume up) or the sound comes in and out. So I have to pick up the receiver every time. I'm bummed b/c it's the main reason I bought this phone. But if you don't care about the speaker feature you'll be in good shape.
