(More customer reviews)I bought this item after being told by a friend that this company makes good phones. I needed a 2-line phone so I told them to get it for me when they were placing their order. When the phone came I hooked it up and started to test it and it was working fine so I placed the cordless phone to charge. The next day, the cordless phone did not work. I took it to get it looked at and they told me the battery was completely dead. I bought a battery for the phone and charged that, the phone made 2 calls then it stopped working altogether. I am not pleased with what I got after spending so much money. I am a very disappointed customer.
