Beware. Calls randomly get put on hold when two lines are connected. Works fine with single line. Not sure if it because of FIOS. Returned for replacement, and new phone does the same. Uniden support offered to replace as well. Sold by Buy.com through Amazon - won't refund. Got an ATT phone to replace it and the ATT is problem-free.

The 3162 desktop two-line corded phone by Uniden offers a variety of features for any home or small office. It's corded so you'll still be able to use your phone in a power outage. Know who is calling with the large adjustable LCD screen that displays the name and number of a caller and the date and time of call. It's easy to see that writing with the backlit LCD display. Hear the menus in English, French or Spanish. Call waiting will give you a cue that someone else is trying to call you while you're in another conversation. The voicemail waiting indicator will let you know when someone left a message through the LCD Display. The 60 name caller ID log gives you the ability to reference past phone calls to locate a needed name or number. Caller ID is available through your local phone company subscription. Use the 10-phonebook memory for storing your most popular numbers. The three one-touch memory keys allow you to quickly dial the numbers you use the most with the simple touch of a button. The ringer and handset volumes can be set to your personal preferences with the easy-to-use four-level volume control and hi-lo-off ringer settings. The phone can sit on any table or can be mounted to the wall for easy access.
