(More customer reviews)I was a bit concern about this product due to the low score reviews about it, even then I decided to go ahead and give the Gigaset a chance.
The included quick Start Guide is very limited but in this case is a plus, there is more info on the web site for advance features in case you want to go deeper. I did the setup with two Iphone's, this device works with the Iphone with no problems. The only thing that may make your calls drop is the working distance from the Gigaset and the Iphone, you need to separate the two devices from each other by at least two feet to avoid interference and dropped calls. The quality of the calls is great, one feature I love is the ability to see the caller ID from the person calling in the handset, also, the ability to check your voice mail.
Overall the device works better than I expected, I had some dropped calls in the past but it was due to the cellphone reception on the other side.
The other reviews seem to be about people not knowing how to setup the device properly, the setup takes less than five minutes.
