(More customer reviews)We just picked up this phone. I was concerned about it due to the previous 1 star review. I almost passed on it, but am so glad I didn't. It is a wonderful phone and so easy to program and add contacts. It allows me to edit a contact without having to redo everything. The voice caller ID is very handy. The manual said it didn't have intercom service between the units, but it does. The handsets are light weight and the screen is very legible with large type. The sound quality is great and the voice mail setup very easy. So far I couldn't be happier.
