(More customer reviews)I'm grateful to be able to continue using the phone I love so well. However, the design has an aggravating flaw. It's adjustable, clearly so that it can be used in a wide range of phones. Unfortunately, the cover slips really easily; I find myself frequently having to take the back of the handset so that I can reset the battery. It would be fine if I always remembered to replace the handset ever so gently, but ya know, life happens....
