The earpeice takes a bit of getting used to, but once you become familiar with the 'in the ear' design, the reward is an extremely clear conversation... even in noisy environments. I often participate in long conference calls that, due to time zone consraints, must be taken in my car. The noise cancelling microphone eliminates all nackground noise from being transmitted to the distant end. Those at the other end of the line often assume I am sitting in my office, not a moving vehicle. The I can't say enough to express how clear and natural the sound is (both sending and receiving) when using this headset.
