(More customer reviews)Sorry, but this review is to warn buyers from purchasing this item from the Price Pros. I'm not sure if the product is good because ours was defective. We didn't know it wasn't working and that the office was losing calls as a result, so we didn't try to return until after 30 days. Price Pros was not willing to make an exception to the 30-day return policy even though the phone was clearly defective and even though it was because the phone was defective that we didn't know before the 30-day window. We initially left them good feedback for quick shipping and it's too late to rescind the feedback so I'm writing this review to help others avoid a crappy company.
