(More customer reviews)Right out of the box, 1 out of the 3 handsets had a bad ear speaker - the back "speaker mode" speaker will still work, but that leaves you stuck in speaker-phone-only mode. A couple of months later, the second out of the three handsets had the microphone go bad. So, at least it is under warranty...uh, except that you must have the paper receipt from 6 months ago to use the warranty.
The phone that works, works well; the speaker-phone option sounds good and people on the other end can hear fine; the battery life is long; the handsets are ergonomic - too bad the manufacturing quality is so poor!
