(More customer reviews)I don't actually need a 2-line phone, but this is the only phone in the market that has all the features I needed. UNIDEN only puts headset jacks on this model nowadays, so you can't just buy a cheaper $80 set if you need the headset jacks...
This phone is perfect, and the only flaws I found are:
1) Phone book is not centralized, which means that each handset holds a phonebook. You can copy entries from one handset to the next, but that is cumbersome. Panasonic uses centralized phone books at the base. Much smarter, albeit slower to access.
2) The handset is very awkward to hold... too slim. I just don't like the way it feels in the hand, and also very hard to grab if facing down on a table.
The good: Everything else! This phone has a vital feature, which most other brands cannot do: You can Intercom/page to ALL handsets at once. Panasonics etc can only page one handset at a time, so it is a guessing game.
