(More customer reviews)I purchased this phone through Amazon and received it on Dec 24th. (Very fast shipping, by the way!) After receiving this phone and getting everything setup, I found that the Bluetooth connection to the cell phones would not stay connected. (Tried on both the DROID X and Blackberry Curve 8330) The phone will stay connected for aprox. 4 to 6 hours before disconnecting. Then, the phones will not connect automatically or manually. You must delete the phones and repair in order to connect. Just to find that they're disconnected again.
After calling Motorola (waited for a tech for 40 minutes!!!), I was informed that they know about the problem and that I would need to wait to hear back from someone because they don't know what the problem actually is. They needed to hear back from the phone manufacture ("Didn't Motorola build this phone?", I asked. "No, the phone is made by another company overseas." Ah ha, I said to myself.) So after almost and hour of hold time with Motorola, they lady told me to send the phone back to company I purchased the phone from, reorder the phone, and hope that I get a phone with a higher serial number without this problem. Can you believe it? Send it back and reorder the phone in hopes to get an unaffected phone with a higher serial number? Like I can ask Amazon for a phone with a specific serial number.
Anyway, I have no idea what I'm going to do now because Motorola needs me to wait two months so they can hear back from whom ever made the phone.
