(More customer reviews)Because of arm neck weakness, I have to use a head phone. Although this one is lighter to put in yr pocket than regular cordless phones, its got its own set of problems. Volume adjustment is insufficient; often wish for louder incoming sound. Outgoing sound has feedback and sounds too loud; am getting used to it. the phone is too fat to fit well in hand and easily dropped. Reception on other end is underwater or muffled. Wonder if a boom mike that goes directly in front of the mouth would help;the one that comes with it reaches to the cheek only. Numbers are small and the letters beneath the button are even smaller and more difficult to read. Have had it only 2 weeks; maybe will adjust but am looking for a better alternative. Maybe Plantronics, but it seems to have similair problems though the phone itself is smaller and lighter and fits in hand better. Remember the good old days when you get a phone from the phone company you had no choice but it was perfect and sturdy and lasts for the rest of your life?
