(More customer reviews)I bought this product to make SKYPE phone calls. It sure does its job well with SKYPE. However, using the phone for just a regular landline phone call has been unsuccessful. It turns out that the quality of the sound is garbled and unclear even when the volume is turned all the way up. I believe it is a defect and GE should address this problem. If you are using this product for SKYPE primarily, it is a good buy. Definitely not for the regular landline use.
