(More customer reviews)the rca speaker phone with caller id works very well. i hooked it up to my digital phone recorder from [...] and it lets me answer on speaker all of my calls on both lines (it is a 2 line rca speakerphone). i recommend it for answering calls when i pickup the handset of the phone, as well as touching the button for incoming phone calls. as for the recorder, i use a pc phone recorder for each phone line. the first pc phone recorder i connected, i bought from [...] and the second recorder i connected to my speaker phone was from [...]. i think both are pretty much the same usb phone recorder, and they work well with each other (i can record 2 lines at the same time when on 2 separate phone calls).
