I just received my phone and it looks beautiful and factory sealed. It has some nice features which I was looking for in my home phone. The seller I ordered it from was "The Price Pro". Their service was excellent. They even shippped my order the same day I placed my order with Amazon. I tried my new phone even though it is not fully charged yet and it sounds great. The handsets are comfortable. You can use speaker phone from each handset and also from the base unit and the sound is good. I called a friend and my friend couldn't even tell we were on speaker phone.
